Emma Roberts promoted to Vice President, Base Consulting
Ruth Abrahamson, CEO of Base Consulting and Management Inc. announces the promotion of Emma Roberts, DES to the position of Vice President.
Emma joined Base Consulting in 2012 and has taken on increasing responsibilities over her tenure with the company. She has served to lead several major clients and has provided strategic direction to both Base Consulting and to clients alike. Her strong association management skills, coupled with her meeting planning abilities in her professional and innovative style have elevated the clients with whom she has worked. During these challenging times, she has been instrumental in her leadership, adapting and evolving the association model by adopting new practices and procedures in both governance and the production of dozens of online events and meetings.
Leading through example, she has been active in the meetings and association industry, through participation in the Canadian chapter of Meeting Professionals International (MPI), the Canadian Society of Executives (CSAE), PCMA and the Canadian Chapter of Association Management Institute of Canada (AMCI)
